		<description>I assume the strawberry with balsamic swirl in it is made with goats milk.
Since I could not tell from the taste, I am researching to find out, since LaLoo's other flavors are made with goats milk.
If in fact it is made with goats milk I must say that it was excellent in flavor and texture. I do not like goats milk - never have - but this ice cream was absolutely delicious. I ate the whole pint.
Now, I will investigate further to see if it is made with goats milk. To keep the deliciousness of the surprise, I hope it is.</description>
